The business changed hands seventeen years ago and has been run the same way since. There is no showroom with the bells and whistles, which is part of why the pricing works. We bring the samples to your kitchen table instead.
Whoever you deal with at the start is who you deal with when the product goes in. You are assigned one person and you keep them from the first measurement through to the last bracket.
